Well, these questions aren't about an Angel marker, but about some of its parts. I'm planning on putting an Angel frame on my BM2K, and just located an LCD board. What I wanted to know is, will the board accept a 9v input, or will I need to regulate the voltage down in order to avoid frying the board? Also, what is the output voltage to the solenoid with a stock LCD battery? Finally, what is the mAh on the LCD battery?

output of teh stock battery is 6 volts. i would regulate the 9 volt down to 6. also where did you get the board from. im looking to drop 1 into a rainmaker.

This, of course, is completely non-WDP-approved, so I'm speaking as Dan, not as Jouster the Angel Tech.

The board will merrily regulate as much as 18V. You can send in the whole 9V, but you'll want to drop it to whatever the voltage of your 'noid is, since the solenoid is powered off of the full battery voltage.

The LCD battery I have here says it's "6.0V, 700mAh".

Thanks paintball sycho and Jouster, that was exactly what I needed. :biggthump BTW, I found the board I'm getting on eBay.
