Remove the lead weights? Use less paint?

The weight of the gun is pretty much intrinsic to the gun. You might want to consider upgrading to a bigger tank to balance the gun better, or use a shorter DF.

You could go buy a q loader but that is kinda expensive. depending on your set up I would take off/adjust dropforward if you could.
