I just went to charge my 2k2 lcd it has been a long time since the last charge but I left it on and the battery was drained. I pluged it in and everything seemed fine but after an all night charge it only showed 1 bar of charge. So I charged it all day and still the same thing. This is where things start to get weird I tried to charge it again but now it says "tab in" with the switch on and then after about 2 min it will go to safe and then it will start to charge but it will not charge and now when I turn on the gun it wont do anything unless I turn it on while charging. It is a pretty new battery when I first got the gun the battery was bad so I had a new one put in. I'm not sure what to do :pisss:

might need a new battery...is it the original battery it came with? if so, you should change it, factory batteries(old type) are known to have a charging problem, same thig happened with mine and i got a new batt and it works awesome now. New batteries cost between 40-60 dollars

read it bro, it says he just put a new one in. is your charger any good? are you useing a wall adapter from like radio shack or something? try charging it in the car.

I might have forgotten this since I haven't owned an angel for a while but when you charge it isn't it supposed to be off cause that would be the same thing as it having the tab in.

When you charge it, you need it to be on (tab out). The tab/switch is an isolator between the board and the battery, so you need it closed (i.e., turned on) in order to let the board reach the battery to charge it.

Yes its a pretty new battery. do any of you guys know if you can diconnect the battery and connect the charger to see if the board is good? As for the radio shack wall adaptor yes i was using one, but I also tried it in my truck and got the same thing. Also i have to chargers one from original battery and one from the replacment and had the same results with both. I would just like to know which is bad the battrey or the board so that i could get it fixed
