hey guys,

i have been wondering about people adjusting their ram in their speed and i was wondering when should i adjust my ram? i know how to adjust i guess the manual says but how far do i make it go in or out?
and whats the point to adjusting the ram?

and also whats the best way to get a hold of a Angel Tech and to talk to them about sending my speed in to get it serviced? i already emailed Ken Krane but he hasnt responded and its been awhile

i hope this all made sense thank you for your time

great thread on Ram Adjustment

As for contacting one of the MT's...here, or each of their sites has contact info. If one doesn't respond try the next...it's all I can say. We've got 6 of them, find one that suits your needs.

ok thanks emmit... but i was wondering why do you need to adjust the ram?
when do i know if i need to move it?

and ive heard of people adjusting it so you cant chop or so you can shoot faster?
i know how to adjust it i just dont know why or when i would ever need to
thanks again

sometimes the ram will get loose and you will have to readjust it to where there is a click when you open and close the breech but just make sure that it clicks on the rear part of the hammer and dont tighten it to much or your wont be able to open or close the breech, if its already clicking against the rear of the hammer there is no need to adjust it

If the ram is too far back, the second paintball in the stack might go partially into the breech, so when you fire, you might nick or chop that ball.

If the ram is too far forward, paintballs might have trouble feeding correctly because the bolt would be sticking too far forward. Also, you probably won't be able to open the breech.
