My dad got that Money Transfer letter
from Dr. OSAGIE WILLIAMS
and he actually believed it. I also showed my brother and he got so excited.. he was like "OMG we are going to be rich!"

I thought this Scam was only with Emails I didnt know they were also Using Snail mail

Old school scam. Came from snail mail first. I think that the penalties are greater though if they get caught using snail mail. Ah, well. What can you do?
