hey i have a 2k2 lcd and i was wondering how low i can get the gun shooting at (pressure wise) and how can i do that.
I was read in some forum and this guy said he had a LCD that shot at 50 psi <---is this possible or is this guy full of ☼☼☼☼
thanks, Mark

The marker was designed to use high pressure. There are a few mods that will lower the pressure, but some at the cost of efficiency. LP and high performance are not always the same thing (not to say that they're mutually exclusive, either).
The FreeFlow ERA mod will lower pressure and allow you to make external adjustments to your lpr. I don't care for it personally, but many have liked it. There is also a thread on here somewhere where there were a bunch of milling and internal mods that lowered the effective pressures quite a bit.
Remember also that at 50 psi, that's at the lpr, obviously, not from the tank.

I have been thinking about the morlock board. With that I would be able to move the battery to the triggerframe and with som drilling it might be possible to place the lpr in the tube where the battery once was. Offcourse that would require som seal in the tube so that the air will stay there and not dissapear at the backplate. This would give me an huge volume for the lpr and the valve and hopefully that would allow me to lower both the pressure from the miniregg and the lpr. If not it would give me no shootdown att all. This is all a theory but I am gonna test it as soon as I have the money. Maybe if I can get my hands on a speed lpr and get the speedvalve to fit that would help me even more.

i dont think that is possible, unless they drill some type of hole to the right side(the existing LPR and internals). I'm not sure bout that, and doesnt the morlock board cover ace? and if so how much does that cost? im looking to ace my LCD but there are so many to choose from...

you would be better off using the battery side as a volumizer for the valve. just like the speeds. ns20 on pbnation does that mod for pretty cheap...

The morlock board comes with eye´s. Costs about 125$. The installation should be fairly simpel, just connect the solenoid, a battery (pretty much wichever you want), the on/off switch and you are ready to go. If you want to use the eye there would be some drilling required.
I have thought about the battery side as volumizer for the valve but the thing is that I have not come up with a simple way to connect the left tube with the right tube. If I were to use the battery side for lpr I could simply move the lpr there, seal of the back part and drill a hole to he little airpath in the middle. Ofcourse I would seal of that airpath so that it wouldn´t go into the valve side. Although... when I think about it I see how it would be easy to just make a hole beetween the right and left tube and make it a volumizer for the valve and it would give me an huge volume before the lpr too. The question is if all of these theories will enhance anything. Time will tell if this is gonna result in a totally messed up LCD or a better then stock LCD =)
