Take a black marker and color in the scratched area. Then wipe the marker off from around the area with alcohol,

You can certainly send off only certain pieces to be annodized if that's what you want to do. However be advised that most anodizing places charge by the batch, ie 5-7 pieces for XXX amount of money. So it's obviously not cost effective for you to send just your flash tank and site rail etc. It'd be much better for you to send all the pieces of the marker to get done at the same time. This will also ensure the closest possible match to all pieces of the marker as they'd be in the tank at the same time for the same amount of time.
