It shoots AWESOME but, the shots drop off after not too far(meaning they get lump to the ground) its weird, I think I have to adjust my regulator, the screw on the reg is all the way out and he had the input on the Angel AIR at 170, and it was shooting 270fps, so i was wondering should I screw in the screw in the minireg, and then turn my tank up to 300-350 psi, will that make it more accurate/consistent and no dropping trajectory?

Thanks for your time, I love the Angel though, iT RIIIPSSSS!

170 psi out on the A.I.R is way to low.. 350-400, would I set it on.. Then adjust your minireg so you get 290 fps..

thats what i thought i needed to do, it came like this from the previous owner and i am not getting accuracy but i still got blazing speeds with no shootdown, i guess he adjusted it backwards? lol, I guess I'll fix that next time I go to the field

It was shooting at 280fps with the 170psi though is it supposed to its just not going to be as good as it would of been if it was adjusted by the minireg instead?

If you get 290 fps and is satisfied with your consistancy, just leave your tank output as it is.. I think your the AIR will perform much better if you set the output a little higher around 350.. You'll get a better recharge rate plus better consistancy..

Yeah, set your AIR reg to 350-450 and adjust the minireg, like SPiFF said, you'll get much much better consistancy. If you still get first shot drop off, up your dwell a little bit and readjust the minireg. If that doesn't solve it, make sure your battery is always topped off. Good luck with the gun and welcome to the family! Let us know if you need anything!

sounds like your barrel bore is bigger than the paint. thus creating top spin, thus balls curving down. try using paint that fits your barrel better.

it actualy fit pretty good, it doesnt slide through, but it comes out when i blow down without too much force, my face doesnt turn purple or anything

have you tried different paint and different barrel? if your velocity is right... then what happens to the paint after it leaves the barrel is still paint to barrel match.

now if you're getting shoot down, then your angel air's output is too low. do like spiff says and up the air's output to 400ish psi. simple rule of thumb, have the tank output twice what you put into the gun. i run 160 psi into my gun (after the minireg) and 475 out of my maxflow reg.

I don't have any different barrels handy but I am going to up the air output and use the minireg to get my fps down to 280fps, I will be trying different paint, but I cant get a new barrel too easily
