I've looked and looked but I didn't see any reference to what I am going to ask so if this is a re-post I am sorry. I am think of re-annodizing my Speed. My question is will it effect the performance of my Speed at all. I have heard that when they dip the parts to strip them of the color, some of the material is also taken away (matrixowner.com). Is this fact?

the change in tolerances is more from the fact that the anodizing will not be the exact same thickness the second time around...why is this??? well because it's a different set up!!! Performance should not be affected at all by this.

Thank you for the quick responses. I really wanted to re-annodize my Speed. After I had read what I did I wasn't so sure it was a good idea. Now you all have gave me the reasureance I needed. Thank you once again. Who does a good fade. I want orange to green dust.

I used to be very partial to PK Selective, but I've heard that their quality has gone down hill the last couple of years.
Max ANodizing here in Texas has done some good work as well.
