The hammer adjustment is made by taking off the backplate, don't lose the spring, and then turning the outter ring adjustment. Check out the manual online at www.wdp.tv/manuals
They describe the adjustments quite well.

i just took out the bolt to clean my gun, and i moved the hammer forward on accident, so i odnt think i should have to take anything apart, there isnt any trick to getting it back?
also, when my hammer is forward, there is black "crud" on it, it may be grease im not sure, just wondering if i should clean it off

just use an allen wrench to slide it back. or gas the gun up.

It sounds like you just need to adjust your ram as drkanglr mentioned earlier. If you follow the link that he gave you, click on the Fly 4 manual and go to page 20. It will give you pictures and step by step instructions on ram adjustment. Ram adjustment is the same on all Angels.

alright this is very VERY strange, i used an allen wrench to try and pull it back and i noticed that the hammer could SPIN, so i spun it continuously, and i worked it down to where it fit, should i still adjust it? and is this problem normal?
