COPS2 upgrade

I just got my new C&C IR3, and I love it. The only thing is that it came with the mem5 board. I know this has been brought up before, but it never seems to be answered clearly. How much would it cost to get the board upgraded to COPS2, I do not want a new board, just the upgrade. Also, where could I get this done? I know Ken Crane works about an hour away at Cape Cod Paintball, and was wondering if he could do the upgrade there.
