Has anyone else had trouble with the trigger pin pushing out the back side of the trigger frame? I insert the pin, screw in the little nut, but the pin will still push out the non-threaded side. I just recieved 3 new pins (from FMA), I lost one in a toruney and no angel the rest of the day, so I could have backups just in case and all 3 will work their way out.

Yeah, mine does that too. It's never come out during a game yet. I just check it every time I get air, and poke it back in if its moving.

You could clean in that hole with some acetone or something in case there's oil or paint in there that's lubricating the pin. (I'd be REALLY careful to keep an solvents away from air passages, seals, or electronics, though.) I would say you could also sand the pin to make it rougher, but then you'd be making it even smaller, which isn't what you want.

Maybe put some gunk on it to make it a little sticky - add some friction so it doesn't move as well?

Do you think you might be able to use blue loc-tite to secure the pin? Maybe try putting a dot on each end of the pin to hold it in place... Be sure to let is set up overnight.
