Inconsistant for 1st few shots

I was playing with my speed sunday and noticed the first few shots (like first 10) would be really inconsistant, like +/- 20 or so. Then after the first 10 it would be like +/- 5. It's not that big of a problem, just wondering how to fix it.

I see on your signature that you will be getting a barrel soon. I am not sure, but it is possible that there is a paint/barrel mis-match.

Did you adjust/clean/tune anything recently?

Are there some things that may need maintenance? Like the mini-reg, oiling, ram grease, ram adjustment, lpr rebuild, exhaust valve/seals?

Maybe more information is needed. These are only very basic guesses.

I got it used and Sunday was my first day with it. Other then the veloctiy thing it worked great. Also do you suggest a 688 or a 692 UL back? thanks

Its normal for inconsistant shots to occur when the gun has not yet been broken in or when there is a bad barrel to paint match.
