The front grip velocity screw is stuck, and I fear using more force will strip the screw. What should I do?

You probably cross threaded it..... and if you did thats not good!

I bought it used from ebay and that's how it came. How much would a replacement regulator cost?

you need a new gun. jk. you think adjusting the dwel would make a big enough diffrence +/- to afftect what the imput pressure is stuck at?

if you got a good hand with a power tool drill out the screw VERY carefully and buy a replacement one. if you mess it up then buy a new reg. But try all u can before doing so
