Pressure jumping everywhere

Okay, not sure exactly what the problem is. I was at a tourny, and I had to turn my dwell down to get my gun to shoot at the appropriate fps. So I turned my dwell down to I think 7-10 i think, not sure...like the first yellow dot on the led display.

But my pressure was jumping all over the place. I was shooting at like 150, then to 190, then to about 240 and it would keep on jumping around everyshot....it was making it very hard to play. The only way i can get it to shoot consistently, is to turn up my dwell, but then its too high at the chrono...I don't know what to do.

Can anyone help me?

tell us more about your setup, lpr, input pressure...
how was the paint consistancy?
how old is the marker? maybe you need to clean the minireg.
how far out was the mini reg screw adjusted?

paint barrel match isnt gonna be jumping 100 fps.

true, I'm curious how many factors might be involved though. A lousy paint to barrel match on top of other things will add to the fluctuations.

I have basically a stock speed. Med. volumizer, stock inline, no other real upgrades that would have anything to do with pressure. Stock bolt.

I have no clue what it might be.

thanks, i checked it out....still need some help for anyone who can.

and i know some might tell me to search, but i'm new here, and don't know many of the threads and such....but where do people get the new boards on their guns and stuff, like the predator mod, the fly kit, a4 lcd board, i have no idea where to get the stuff at, especially the fly. Or how much they cost.

You can get a lot of that stuff from the sponsors at the top of the page. The Predator Board is done by TAG (The Angel Guy), but I would personally go with the Master tech retrofit and get the Angle eye as well as the Fly board, but it is spendy around 400 for the speed I beleive, but well worth it for many reasons.

As I said click on any of the lincks at the top of the page and you can read the details for yourself. I could state what I know, but I would not do it jsutice, let the master techs speak for themselves. Check them out, you won't be disapointed.
