I emailed Frazer a few days ago because I was having some major issues with my IR3 not exactly working.
Turns out my ram assembly came right apart.
With every email I sent, I had a reply in my inbox within hours. Not too shabby when you concider how much email the guy probably has to go through each day.
I sent him a pic of the assembly, and he replied asking for my address so he can send me a new one.
My angel will be up and rippin' very soon.
Now THAT'S customer service!
