I have a problem with my speed. She only shoots sometimes. If I just pull the trigger without air or just operate the leaf spring with a pen the speedometer cascades as normal but the click that I normally hear is rarely there When the click is there it is only for a few shots and usually the sound of it seems to just fade off into silence. The gun is fully charged unless the battery is just bad which was my first thought.

The wierd thing is if i hit the marker on its side pretty hard it will shoot if i press the trigger afterward.

Also when i test the solenoid should the gun cycle on press and release of the button or possibly even three times. cause it will cycle when testing the noid.

Thanks in advance.

are all the plugs tightly in the board? in the right locations?

I second that.. make sure your solenoid plug isn't in the 'HOP' jack.

They seem fine. I've never removed them. Pretty much the gun worked while i was at the chrono one day but i flipped it off and charged it for about 30 minutes. Hasn't worked ever since. Maybe it's just a board problem but the fact that it works intermittently makes me wonder if it is something else. It was shooting correctly after i would do a solenoid test but it only lasted for 4 - 5 shots then nothing again.

Your toe screw might have backed out a bit, not enabling the leaf spring to properly line up with the opto sensors to allow your gun to fire. It might not be pushing it back far enough to get a reading. Just a thought.

The toe screw on my Speed always backed out rendering the marker useless until I set it and added some locktite to it

It's not the toe cause it wont work with me pressing the leaf spring with my finger. It's cool though. Gonna send it to a tech.
