i dont no if this is old news or not, just got the new P8NT today. it says:The Smart Parts' lawsuits continue. it looks like WDP is in the clear and Planet Eclipse has reached an agreement. AKA and AGD were not so lucky. RIP: The Viking, The Excalibur, and the E-mag.

thank goodness WDP made it. as for AKA and AGD that really sucks and Smart Parts can kiss my :moon:

well...money counts, and AKA and AGD really dont have the money to just throw out at law suits, or sign agreements...

or maybe Aaron just wanted to tell em to piss off...but i know that Tom wanted to avoid losing any money at all, so he got out before SP went after him.

I'm not really a fan of AGD products anyways so it really didn't matter but basically SP copied the mag design and then to take out AKA's viking and excal that was just plain out stupid. I'm glad WDP is clear and that they have enough money to sue the SP nazis....

what I would like to see is Tom Kaye go after HP tanks cauze he is the one who started with them....and if that happens say good-bye to the maxflow

that would be like tippman going after everybody else for the ASA, or Air America going after everyone who uses pin valves.....keep in mind that the only thing holding them back is the love of the sport and the respect the companies have for each other (obviously not the SP case)

actually could do it and just go after sp, like NPF is doing

but i'm sure they have their reasons... probably not enough money to take the risk of losing the case..
