Speed or IR3 - whats the dif?

Sorry, I posted this in the IR3 thread as well so I can get both sides:

Ok I have been looking to upgrade my gear. Unfortunately my price range limits me to around $650. So I can either get a stock Speed, or a Fly or Dark IR3 (which I love the blue color over anything the Speed has). But I am constantly hearing that COPS is a problem compared to the Speeds sensi system. Can someone give me some pros and cons of buying an Fly/Dark IR3 or an Speed.

By the way, not sure if this matters, but I play front, so I like a tight setup, and I usually dont fire strings. I snap shoot more, and do alot of diving and running so having a PDS is necessary so I don't chop that first shot after going into the snake. Thanks
