how do i change mrof on angel lcd!

hi, i just got a angel lcd, but how do i chang the mrof? do i need the data link interface or can i just cangeit with te buttons? please help me out. thanks

with the 2 buttons under the grip.

open grip
press left button until screen says "mrof" in tiny letters
press right button until you get the desired mrof
replace grip
shoot people on the other side of the field
