how do i find out what year my tank is?

There should be a date on the tank like 04/02.

like 04CL03, if thats it what year is that?

the first number is supposed to be the month, and the second is supposed to be the year

so that would mean your tank expires on March 31 of either 2006 or 2008 depending on if it's a 3 or 5 year Hydro
