Leak out of A.I.R. Safety Valve

Leakin' out of the Safety valve, is there anyway I can fix it myself?

I had this problem when I was filling my tank without shutting off the output pressure. I dissasembled the reg and everything looked ok. Fills fine with the pressure off.

I have also heard that you can flip the little red disk over if it is damaged. It is right under the safety valve.

yup flip the red disk and use some love juice on it too...
