I am thinking about purchasing a used 2k1-2k3 lcd. I was wondering when looking at them what should I be looking for? Like dose it matter how many shots are on the board etc?

look at the bolt and the inside of breech area for really bad scratches. There will be some, which is normal, but look for bad ones.

Also ask who did maintainence on the gun, if it was a MT or themselves or Bob down at the local wally world.

Ask how often it was cleaned, oiled etc.

now would i look in the breech where the bolt is rubbing against or do i look at the bottom plate of the breach that the bolt knob sticks out?

Take the bolt out and inpect the rotobreech as well as in the body where the bolt pushes into.

shot counter isnt relevant - ppl fool around with their guns alot, so thats gonna add thousands of shots to it.
ya, bolt + breech wear. ask about chopping, they might lie, but might as well ask. usually that can be fixed by adj's to the ram and such, and also make sure they have the right detent for your specific loader.

like fencer says, i got 200,000 plus shots on my angel, but probally only 20,000 are real, when i first got my angel i put 20,000 shots on it in the first day, then when i put my space frame i put 100,000 tryin to adjust it. it doenst' matter how many it has
