I had the same problem. Instead of my index finger and middle fiinger going oppisite direction, my index finger would follow my middle finger causing me not to get that second shot off that. Just like playing instruments, you have to work at it to get better at it. Theres no quick fix for something like this.

On long drives just wiggle your fingers, I went from LA to San Fran (6 hrs) and I just kept walking my imaginary gun. It actually worked, i drumb the trigger allot faster.

i do that all the time too.
just go to the field a day that your team isnt practicing, play walk on or something thats not to competitive and then play all day using your right hand, i did this getting used to my left hand, and it worked good. just make sure its not a game that you really need to concentrate on too win, because you want to concentrate on using your left/right hand. by the end of the day you should be able to shoot really nicely.

Or you can do what I do, lmao!! I have my old stiff, 2000 millimeter of a pull cocker and I practice on that all the time. My Marines laugh at me at work but when I take them to the field I get to laugh at them scrambling for the bunkers when I let the paint fly on their ass, lmao!!
Just keep constantly taping on stuff and it will come to you. You may look like an idiot like I do, but their laughs will soon turn to fear on the field and you can do the laughing in return.
