Yes the AIR is on the heavy side. I still love BOTH of mine :)

how much heavier do you think it is from a regular 68/4500?

Compared to a screw-in 68/4500 tank...it's probably like a little under a pound heavier. My guess is 10-14oz heavier.

Well thats not anything to worry about....becuase i might be able to get 68/4500 angel air for 200$

I got my 68/4500 air for about the same price and it has worked flawlessly. I don't even notice the weight. I do notice that the digital gauges rule!

I've been using mine forever but I still wish they would redesign it and make it lighter.

AIRs are pretty heavy. thats one of the reasons i switched to my crossfire. its wayyyyy lighter and i actually get way better consistency. with the air, i would get alrite consistency, like +/- 4-5. with my crossfire i get +/- 2 all day.

I think i will get a crossfire because if mt ir3 breaks then i can just run the air on my cocker. or spyder

I have always gotten great consistency out of my AIR setups, I highly recommend them. Weight is slightly more than the average tank, workout some.
