Output showing 100~?

Ive looked around this section to try and find someone else with a similar problem.

Anyway, my AA reg is displaying between 100 and 120 output psi with the grub screw turned all the way out?? Is it possible ive broken it by turning it up too much? or does it just need resetting or recalibrating?

took the batteries out and rebooted, works fine now :D
