ok, this was my second time out with my fly this past sunday, and for the first game it was working fine with my halo B on it. The hopper setting is on S:fast. Then it started dropping off when i would rip on it. Like right when i started ripping the 3rd ball would drop off, so i had to 1 ball the rest of the game. So, i put an egg with z board on instead of the halo, and it was ripping fine. Anyone know what the problem could be. I did just recently drop my lpr to 55 psi, using a volumizer. Thanks for the help.

What was the LPR at? Perhaps bump the dwell up to compensate for the LPR pressure drop.

The gun is new and maybe full of grease and not ready for the lpr drop .....add shims until dropoff goes away. Make sure dwell is at 12 at least.

the lpr was at about 65 psi, and i did take out one shim to get it to go down to 55 psi. My dwell right now is at 11, ill try putting the shim back in and bumping the dwell up to 12.

LPR 50-55, Dwell 15, TR 12 :)

How many shots on the gun? Its always good to run about 5 cases or so before you drop it down to LP. Also add the shim back in and see if that fixes the problem, the LPR might be going too low too soon.

Dwell at 15? That's quite high, no?

The dwell should be set to 11 or 12, 15 is too high.

I got my dwell down to 9 and I have been shooting Blaze. The stuff is CHEAP but doesnt break in the barrel. I also haven t had any problems with the super CHeap White BOX with a dwell at 9 My Fly has "broken" in and with 30,000 cycles on it it doesnt chrono below 290 and just hits 300 every 100 or so shots. I couldnt be happier with the thing.

Always check the bottomline on-off (if you have one), if only slightly opened, you will get partial fills at faster rates of fire.
