According to Furby a while ago, they put a gag order on everything.

It's been very quiet in the courts on both WDP vs. SP cases. One has a gag order on it now, and the other has seen some activity, but every motion is being filed in person, so the records aren't getting scanned into the PACER system right away. Both suits are progressing, but I can't say how quickly nor can I say what direction they're going.
