Cape Cod Paintball

OK so Ken insited that I take a day off and go play some 'ball. I will be playing over at Ken's field, Cape Cod paintball. Something like 17 fields in total. 4 Airball, 2 speedball and 9 woodsball/mixed speedball.

I got to scope the field out this morning, and I will be playing tomorrow, so look for a full review. A local team offered a spot on their team to play for the day as one of their players couldnt make it.

Ted Lesiak kindly placed the offer, and hopefully his Force4 will hold up after I cleaned it all out for him and readjusted the ram. (It was breaking paint like a mofo).

I will be playing with my Impact LCD.

Pre game review:

Fields are nicely set up and netted off. Bunkers are nicely placed with no airlines and tied down securely. Only issue I see is no netting between the fields and the fields are mainly a sandy dirt that is found in Cape Cod.

Ok so I played CCPB today. Its awesome! Reffing staff is excellent and friendly. Great field setups.

Even the people that play there are awesome.

Like I said before, the only thing that I did not like was the airball fields are on this kind of sandy soil that Cape Cod is made of (so not much to be done there) and you get very dirty.

Ted wants me to play again sunday. It will depend mostly on housing, as in if I have a place to stay after friday, as I am living on the boat, and the boat is living soon with TK on it.

and not sure about this weekend cause its the 4th of July and the traffic down the cape is going to be a nightmare. we might be able to do something on saturday but its hard to tell cause of the weekend and what my girl wants to do.

Ah yes Ken asked me to add this: During tournaments there is netting that is put in between the fields, they have it down so there is easy access to the fields during regular play.

And Ted Ken has offered to let me stay at his house for the weekend providing I don't look/talk/be in the same room as his daughters.

I hear you, brother! I live in a beach town in NC and on top of that I live on the university campus w/ my family because my wife runs some of the residence halls. Talk about a lot of fine ladies! They all want to hold my sons and talk about how cute they are. My 3 year old talks about see all the "hotties" and gets me in trouble. ;) I'm going to end up w/ two sons that are P*I*M*P's.

Hey Ken, in addition to paintball, I offer "Daughter Protective Services"
As a close combat instructor for the USMC I learned numerous techniques for making people feel sorry for "crossing lines" that were clearly marked. I would also like to point out that using the M-16A2 service rifle (scope-free, of course), I am able to repeatedly shoot out the 4" spotter from 500 yds. away.
If that's not enough, I am very skilled in the art of deer hunting, which is not unlike resting quietly on the front porch w/ shot gun or rifle (father's choice) across my lap waiting for "action."

Keep me in mind!!!
