the fly is advertised by WDP as being able to have an op pressure of 150 psi. my minireg is set at like 195-200 and i shoot about 280 fps and therefore cant really lower it any more unless i wanna shoot slow. my question is whats the deal here? why cant i get my op to 150 without a low velocity??

After breaking the gun in well you can easily do that. May I ask why you want to go that low? It's a trade-off between being easier on brittle paint and air efficiency.

i was just curious thats all. trust me im not losing any sleep over it. so i take it my gun still isnt broken in then? i have put around 12k shots through it.

At this point you can start to mess around with it. Clean out the mini-reg and LPR. Stick a volumizer or even two on there. You'll start lowering your pressure. If it's working well though, just leave it alone and keep rockin' it!

have you lowered the LPR??? Just because the marker is broken in doesn't mean anything until it's tuned and things like the LPR are lowered.

well i lowered the LPR as much as i could. its 50 right now. anything lower seems to make me shoot slow.

There are a lot of things that you could do to get it to go real low.
The list is long, and I suck at explaining things.
In fact some of the things I do to get the operating pressure really low I would not be able to print.
If shooting a real low pressure gun is something you want to do then I would suggest you send it in to one of the centers and have it tuned for low pressure.
