help with charging

i just got my a4 and when i tried charging it it would flash between a screen with a bar through it and then it would flash to lv p2 is that normal.

Make sure that the charger is pushed in all the way. Also check your connections on the inside of the grip.

is it supposed to stay on lp v2

no....you should be able to get to your "safe" screen and then plug in the charger...that's what I always do.
