To increase your bounce set the TR low, 1 = more 20 = less bounce. As far as step by step, you need to take off your grips to access the menu, use the yellow button to access it and the blue to change it. It should be in your manual and if you don't have one here's the online one:

It's all trail and error, it also depends on how your trigger is set up.

Honestly I can't remember. Ken has it now. I did have it set to 2, 5 and 12 after I did some fooling around with the trigger.

if you have a really really short pull like i had, then you'll bounce crazy even at TR 20, but maybe its just me cause i bended the switch...
