Well, I got my new A4 today and was playing around with setting it up when I noticed something. I went into the internal menu to change the trigger offset, but no matter what I do I can't seem to get the number to change. Is there some sort of trick to changing it? It's stuck at 12 right now. When I go to that setting in the internal menu and push the blue button nothing happens, it still stays at 12. Thanks for any help.

Some people have had locked boards. Your best bet is to contact an MT to fix/replace the board.

I also noticed that the LED light on the back of the grip remains dark no matter if the gun is live or safe, no green or red light at all. The sensi doesn't seem to be working either, the drop test doesn't do a thing. Did I get a faulty board? Or is there some other explanation? Thanks.

get it to MT, its that simple..

Just call one first to get some advice and they will help you through and determine what might be the problem :)

did you get it new or used???

the light is just to indicate live and safe modes and sensi on/off....even if the sensi wasn't there it should still work.

As for the TR yeah you've gotta get that unlocked, apparently a few slipped out a long time ago that's why it makes me think you got it used.

Yes, it's used but has 3100 cycles on the counter and I sent in the blank warranty card that was with it. It essentially was new in the box, it just came through a private owner, not a store. It's never been aired up. I realized today that the sensi does work, but the light still doesn't and the board is indeed locked. I'm sending the board to Ken this weekend. I only talked to him once, but already I'm impressed. He called back to see what I needed and I didn't even leave a message. Nice to see some places out there still care about the customer

Ken is one of the greatest people in the business. He may be bogged down sometimes and need a little time to figure what is best, but he always pulls through in the end.
