I searched, but couldn't find an answer to this. My cops sensor broke about a month ago. I ordered a new one and put it in. I put about 1000 rounds through it last weekend and it's broken again. It's got a new rod in it as well. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Mad.B

Oh yeah, by broken, I mean that the yellow strip broke.

thats what i originally did to help prevent breaking the yellow sensi strip, and an added side effect of a more reliable sensi with zero chopping issues :)

give it a try if your willing, very easy to do and it seems to work great for everyone's sensi/ cops i've modified.

Cool, thanks guys. If I buy another one, I'll try that. I may just run without COPS until I can get the fly retro done.

sand down the cops sensor rod a bit till it just senses on a ball drop. You should lower sensitivity.

Do a quick search on Halo B chopping because a lot of people run into this problem.

I believe someone told that cops can't handle Halo B very well. Too much pressure from Halo or something...

I have never used cops when I'm playing and no chops (unless using bad paint).

Mad.Bv3.0,

Is the classic 'halo' syndrome your suffering from...........

Get an evo II and your problems will disapear........

It's the HALO 'forcing' the ball stack onto the SENSI pad that makes it break (so they say).

I had the same problem with my 4. Changed to an EVO II and the problem disapeared.

Look in the Angel 4 section of the forum for possible fixes about HALO's and SENSI.
