Before i start, i have mem6 cops2, BAS was set at 7. Okay, I was trying to set up cops the way the manual described and i found something odd. When i put it at sens 12 and dry fired it would have delays as if wasnt sensing a ball. Shouldnt it think there's always a ball in the chamber since its at sens 12, the most sensitive setting? Anyway, I then tried sens 1 and dry fired. Same thing with the delays though this is normal since its the least sensitive. I then tried it at sens 2-11, same thing. End result, All modes of sens detected no ball when i dry fired.

Next, drop tests. I put sens back at 12 and of course all balls passed the drop test (15/15). I then put it at sens 1 and did the drop test...it passed 15/15. I again tried the drop test with sens 2-11 and they all passed. I put it back at sens 12 and ran my finger gently over the cops rod...pass. I put it back at sens 1 and ran my finger over the cops rod...couldnt get it to pass. This led me to think that my cops sensor is working but at a margin where all setting are sensitive.

I'm quite sure my cops sensor is fine because i've only played 1 days since i got it back from the techs who replaced my old cops sensor. I havent used a straight shot squeegee, only a battle swab and i was careful not to hit the cops rod doing so.

Im not really sure what to do...i dont think its very normal though.

set at 20 but that shouldnt affect anything.

I just looked though and the small strip in the sensor appears to have a hairline crack down the middle...but wtf how could it crack when im using an egg2 and all i've used is a battle swab and i was careful not to hit the rod.

Rod might need a slight sanding down if its too far into the breech but thats pretty rare or your cops pad is bad? Just a suggestion on what to look for.
