Can't get below 300 FPS..with mini reg mod!

Ok my A4 has the longest and shortest volumizers on it and the LPR 55-60
mini reg - 250
Tank - 750-800 (HP)
I have also done the mini reg mod and took out 3 disk and still cannot get below 300 with the dwell at 9.
Now what can I do to get it below 300?

Test it without any volumizers.

take the volumizers off.

Ok I'll try this and then my friend has a LP 68 45 tank that I will tryout to sell if I can get it down then.

ok here is what happend. I took the volumizers off and used a HP tank and its worked great but wasn't low pressure so then one of my friends brought his LP tank over and I tried it with the long volumizer and this thing rocks I guess I'll just have to buy a nice LP tank. Thanks guys
