where can i actually buy the board? or can i not yet?

To update to COPS 2, you do not need to buy a new board. Any of the Service Centers can reprogram your board. If you have a microswitch board, and want an OPto trigger, then it will cost you a bit. To update your COPS software, you will have to send in your marker.
It costs $35 to upgrade the software, and $150.00 to put in an opto board. This was pulled from www.performanceangel.com
