Your not trying hard enough. You need to pound a allen into the right and out the left hardly. You cant go wrong.
p.s. put some of the pink angel oil on it and it makes it really crisp.

Yep... Use an alan key and a hammer like object to tap the pin out. Be sure to remove the small set screw first, duh! Oil will prevent it from getting stuck again

Dex is right, the oil will lessen the friction and help it move more freely. Keep in mind that with less friction, it's easier to fall out, and there's only one set screw there, so you still risk the problem of having the pin fall out. It's honestly not that much work to put it in and out, so I'd suggest staying away from any oil or grease.

when i finally managed to tap it out with a little oil, the pin was a bit rusted. thanks everyone.

Remove the rust with a green scrub pad, it will be easier to come out next time if it isn't rusty again and it won't expand in the hole when you put it back in.

thog, i have yet another problem... check it out.

i just had a new board put in and the beginning of my pull is very loose, so i switched triggers. but, still the beginning of my pull is very loose, when i tilt up my gun the trigger just flops back. i think i might have lost a screw or something... what's wrong and how do i fix it?

does it shoot? sounds like you lost the toe adjustment screw or one of the 2 on top of the trigger, or your leaf is busted.

nah, my friends speed is the same way,

just depends on how your set screws are adjusted and how the leaf came bent from the factory, some have a slightly different angle than others which also give a different feel in the pull
