Probably. The grip frame screws should line up and all. You won't get the antichop features.

The only way to buy a body is to get a used one or someone else's A4. WDP doesn't sell bodies and neither does anyone else.

First off WDP does not sell the bodies alone (gotta buy whole gun).

Then there is the fact that the A4 is shorter then the SPEED, so you are going to need some of the internals. You are also going to need a A4 trigger. There is so much you would need from an A4, that you might as well just sell your SPEED and use the money to buy a A4.
