HELP with speed!!

Hey guys, I just did my 20k complete cleaning. When I got everything hooked back up and supplied air, the solinod makes a very loud cluck, not click, noise. The gun will not shoot. I took the grips off and pulled the COPS green wire and the sound was still present. I pulled the SOL red black separated wire, and the sound went away.

ANY IDEAS. Please let me know what you think. Also, after the air purges itself from the gun, the noise goes away.

Naw, I check it. Thought maybe I had them switched....but I had the 3 prong with the 3 prong!!!!!????

Like I said the funny thing is it ONLY does it with air. Is it air flow or the sol??

Does it do it when you depress the override button?

There's a small orange button on top of the noid, press that with power applied to the gun. The noid should click. Then do it with air and see if your noise is there

I'm closer to it. It sill does it...but when I hit the button, it releases the air. I'm going to take the sol apart again. Maybe I got the pad out of alingmentor something. Unless you think that is not it!!

Thanks alot for your help. I had the damn gasket upside down!!!!! It was only getting 1/3 of the air it should have.
