Ok. So I'm trying to take apart my Speed to get re-anno'd and I ran into a problem. If anyone could give me hand I'd appreciate it.

I have everything is completely disassembled except for the breech. I removed the set screws on each end of the body, but I can't do anything to get the pin out.

It won't fall out and it doesn't even seem to budge at all. I've tried using heat and a center punch to try and get it out but it isn't coming out. Only thing that appears to be happening is the breech is getting damaged against the body. :(

So I stopped, before I mess something up really bad.

If I'm missing something or doing something obviously wrong I'd appreciate anyone pointing it out. Thanks.

Ok first thing to realize is that the pin is accualy TWO pins. One goes in the front, and one goes in the back, and the "pinch" the breech, holding it in place.

If you take one of the screws that hold down your noid, you will find that you can thread it into the end of the rod. Use a pair of pliers to pull the screw and rod out. Repeat for the other rod.
