Im not an angel tech and this is my problem lol. I know if this happened on a spyder it would be the cup seal more than likely. Just need some help on what to fix. Thanks

check and see if your valve is stuck in the open position, this happened to a kid using an LCD out at the local field, turns out he had been trying to replace his stock valve with an aftermarket one the night before, he didn't have all the tools to take the Ram out so he couldn't push the valve out with a swab, so he used a dental pick, and ended up scratching the inside of the valve body so badly that when the hammer hit the valve piston, it got stuck in the ope position. sounds to me like you might need a new valve body...
or
another thing is that when you keep your angel gassed up for long periods of time, it puts stress on your valve piston's seal, so much stress that your valve body will leave a huge indent in the seal of the piston, this intern will cause leaking due to a bad seal between the seal and the valve body.

Is leaking constantly or little when shooting? Sounds like a constant leak. Is is a large or small leak.
Sounds like the valve is leaking air out, you can open the breech and find out if is there exactly.
Emmit would tell you oil the gun so seals can swell up and stop the leak if it is a small leak.
If it is really bad you might have to take the valve out but i doubt it, oil should work.

Well either way its your valve pin not going back in, so just drop some oil in there, and that should fix it, if not check the metal of the valve guide.

If dropping lube in the gun doesn't fix it, you'll have to remove to valve stem to inspect it. To do this, you need to remove the valve side front cap, the lpr piston, and the lpr body. Then you will have access to the valve stem. This is all easiest done with a tool kit. Keep in mind that you'll also have to remove the lpr and valve retaining pins, located under the flash tank and grip frame, respectively.
If the seal on the valve stem is dirty, wipe it down, see if it fixes it. If not, you'll have to replace it. It's not an expensive part, and any of the sponsors will have it.
As far as the valve body goes, that shouldn't be a problem, unless you have been playing witt a dental pick. Now that was a genius move.

ok thanks, my next question is this...I turned the gun in to have a new lpr o-ring put on. Could they have done something wrong when reassembling? Its a local field and the guy made me kind of hesitant at first but insisted that he knew what he was doing. The reason I ask is it was the first time I hooked air to it after I had the lpr o-ring replaced. Its a steady leak even without firing and it doesnt sound like a small one either. I dont want to blame the guy but I'd like to know if thats the case. Thanks

if it worked before, and now you have a problem, there is a 99% chance that is what caused he problem. hunt down a certified tech to take a look at it if you don't feel comfortable.

theres a big difference from a guy that knows how to work on angels and a certfied tech and a even bigger difference when you go to a tech or shop working on angels frequently.
He caused it or certain because its not a small leak from not sealing but not assembled it right. I bet you one of the techs in the forum will agree.
You should harrass him for refund for services not rendered. He did not fullfil his portion of the agreement and correctly install your parts. So ask back for labor cost even if they have "I have a no refund policy." You should've called him right away to tell him there was a leak and a major one and show it to him for evidence. You might not get all your money back for larbor. Some places are very sleezy so have to protect yourself.
