I was playing at the annual toys for tots charity tournament in Sapulpa Oklahoma this past sunday and my air started spurting N2 out of the metal flap on the right side of the system is there a seal broken or is this normal? Any feedback would be well appreciated.

that would be your High Pressure relief. It means that your reg pressure was up to high. Why? Reg creeping? You'll want to remove the spring stack, and check out the piston and the o-ring on it, then you'll also want to check out the rocket o-rings. Any one of those or possibly all of them might be damaged.

the piston o-ring has nothing to do with output pressure creep. all it does is seal the air from leaking out the front (through the spring stack) not trying to be a dick, just saying.
like he said though, check the rocket o-rings always when you remove the rocket..replace the main seal, and seperate the rocket..theres a tiny ass o-ring inside of it. if its "chewed up" replace it also.
