first tme at the feild yesterday with my rebuilt air. it was really messed up they had to polish the inside to get some scratch out that was cutting my rocket o-ring. but anyways its fixed now. but the problem was i went to the crono and set my input to 450 and the screw in the reg all the way in and then adjusted it out .. and i kid you not it was liek 240, 280 255 270. it was all over the place it reminded me of my old tippmann.... anyone know what could bew wrong with it?>

Minireg might need cleaning or LPR recharge perhaps.

you're mentioning velocity spikes...however were you checking the output display on the AIR while you did this? Are you sure it's the AIR that's spiking and not the marker? The AIR could be performing just fine, and you're minireg is spiking or the LPR needs adjusting etc. Additionally I typically run my AIR output much lower (350ish) and get excellent performance out of it. As suggested I'd clean the minireg and test the LPR and verify that the AIR is indeed the culprit of this spiking.
