LCD Blinking very fast

since last time I charged my A4 it stoped working every time I switch it on the LCD starts blinking so fast or some time it blinks for a second then goes of like its out of battery
I tried charging it again but it won't charge
I really need help with that, it the thirs time to charge my marker I don't know what the hell is wrong with it

i once put my a4 charger into an angel lcd by accident and the screen was blinking like crazy...i dont know if this may pertain to you or not.

you have discharged your battery too low, and there is not enough current to drive up the battery to charge from your board, don't worry your board is fine.

A) you can buy a new battery.
B) you can take your battery to radio shack and have them wake your battery up.

I did try to do as yzrm1 told me it worked but the battery now dies so fast i doesn't last for even an hour so i bought a new battery & its ok now
sinvce i bought a home charger that problem haven't happen again
