I plan on swaping my blue speed parts for some silver ones and i was wondering if anyone can tell me how to safely remove the plate with the word Angel on it towards the back right side of the marker.

Unscrew your breech knob, take out the 2 screws holding in the back plate and it should come off. Make sure the breech spring doesn't shoot out, that's why you take your know off 1st, but sometimes they do shoot out. Remove the plug from the switch by screwing it off. The last thing you need to do is take a pair of circlip pliers to get the circlip off of the on/off switch. It's a real simple process.

I think hes talking about the metal tag that says Angel not the back plate, I'm not really sure how to get that off safely, it seems like it would require some prying

Well if it's the Angel gel that's just abouve the breech knob, put some lighter fluid on it and let it sit for a minute. Lighter fluid will slowly disolve the glue that helps attach it, then you can gently pick at it until it comes off or apply more fluid as need be. The lighter fluid won't hurt anything as it evapporates pretty quick.

Super glue should be fine and it won't ruin the anno.

It's also a great way to get price tags off gifts without ripping the package;)

but isn't it a little obvious when you're walking around Wal-Mart with a can of lighter fluid:confused:
