a4 tr setting problems

hey anyone else have this problem? i cant change my tr settings. yes i am using the blue and yellow buttins on the inside of the grip frame, and they both work for every other option just not to change the tr from factory setting of 12

You probably have one of the locked boards. They had a few leave the factory like that. Call one of the Master Tech sites listed at the top of the page and see if they can help you.

thanks for the help guys but there are two techs at premium paintball products also, both trevore at badlands and jeff at premium were recommended from wdp. Apparently i have to send the board back to get the software changed. sux going intop the tournament season starting like that but oh well the gun rips anyways.
