To get the old ones out you will need to remove the grip frame and the retaining pins. After that you can take a small allen wrench to help push the old ones out. If you haven't put the new ram in yet you can push the the old valve out with a swab. To put them back in, make sure that the o-rings are greased and they line up with the retaining pin the correct way. Take a look at the manual or remember which way the came out.

Yes, the grease is fine and there is 1 pin to the valve and 1 to the LPR.

There is a guide pin in both the valve guide, and the lpr body. The lpr body guide pin is located under neath the flash tank manifold, or above it however you want to look at it, so take your mini reg off to get at this one. Then take your grip frame off to get the valve guide pin out. Becareful when doing this, make sure you diconnect your battery, noid and if you have it your intellifeed wires from the board using a small driver or something, DONT PULL THEM OUT BY THE WIRES. These guide pins come out fairly easy, I just use a pair of needle nosed pliers to pull mine out. To get your lpr out take the angel tool kit lpr removal tool, screw it into the lpr piston and then tip the gun so its facing the ground then slowly remove the piston. There are 4 solid beveled metal washers, or springs and there should be 4 small paper thin metal shims. You tip the marker toward the ground so they all stay on the lpr piston, and you dont have to go looking for them on the floor. Then using something with a small hook, no larger then 4 or 5 mm, or a bent paper clip at the end also the bend cant be larger then 5mm, carefully stick it into the lpr body, avoiding the oring just inside the body. Hook the paper clip inside the body and slowly pull it out. Also you could just keep banging the gun on a hard surface till it falls, but this way is quicker. Also if you have your ram out take a swab and you can just push the whole thing out. Now that your lpr body is out, take an allen key and start pushing the valve out from the breech, this is of course if you havent pushed the whole thing out from the back end already. Then just keep pushing the valve till it comes out, and one your allen wrench is to short to reach it just bang it on your hand till it comes out.

yea, you can use White lithium grease, but its so thick! make sure that you don't put a huge amount on your parts, a little is all you need.
