Ok, my battery dies out on me the other day while i was playing the bars were at 1/2 so this made me wonder...when i left it to rest for 30 minutes it worked momentarily and had one bar. So i went to charge it today in the car and when i plug the battery charger ion the gun, it stays in SAFE mode? when i turn it off it says PWRON (i know what this means, power on).

So what am i doing wrong here? or is it not me? im doing what the manual tells me?

ok well the gun was on the steps i took -

1) plugged charge in car
2) Turned gun on, goes into safe
3) Put charge plug into gun

from what i understand at this point the charge is suppose to kick in??

If your car battery is low/weak thats your problem. Try running your car and see if you Angel starts to charge. Seen it many times and thats usually the problem for not wanting to charge while plugged into a car. Low voltage.

ok thanx for the help HEP, ill try that...once you start the car and the charge gets going, you dont have to keep the car running right, you can turn it off and it will keep going?

Nah you will have to keep your car running the whole time. Best bet is go to Radio Shack and get a cigarette plug in wall power supply, or charger as some call it which it is not.

There could be many reasons why and most of them have been addressed just leave the gun on,charger pluged in,car on (if you have to) and walk away check it in 10 - 15 mins and see if it's chargeing if it's not let us know. Sometimes when you let the battery get that low it takes longer before the battery begins to accept the charge ...

i have also had problems with the gun not being able to be turned on even with 2 bars of power? anyone else have this problem?...it boots up like it's ready to go...but then the screen goes blank like it has no batteries...except it shows 2 bars of power
