Ok, me n my friend went home at lunch to shoot some paint cause we were bored, so i screwed in my friends HP tank (Java 68/3000). Turned it on and started shooting. I didn't calibrate it but im pretty sure it was occuring after 10 shots, i can shoot one at a time but when i try to walk it will rip liquid paint, BIG TIME, barrel breaks, chops, everything.
Ill post the settings when i go to my friends but this is all i know off hand.
Evo 2 with Y board
Sensi 3
there was about 300-350 going INTO the gun
Sensi was ON
I was thinking maybe the 300-350 was just too much???
Or maybe sensi is broken??
but i shot with sensi off and it still happened, and i DID NOT calibrate if that helps.

The HP tank probably raised your LPR pressure and caused the ram and bolt to be smacking the paint (and breaking it).
If the problem is fixed by switching back to a LP tank, then thats your answer. If it does it with the LP tank too, then we would start looking at other possibilities such as your ram stroke etc.
Most likely its just the higher pressure causing havoc.

HP tanks are notorious for causing exactly the kind of problems your describing.

so did the hp tank screw up my pressures of the gun??
when i screw my crossfire lp in will it be fine?
or will i need to adjust lpr and stuff like that again?
cause i don't have a tool kit yet

If you screw in a LP tank, it will be fine. When you screw in a HP tank, it raises the pressure inside the gun (since all the pressures are simply regulated with a spring, which is calibrated for a LP tank). The higher pressure is what was causing all that soup.
All you gotta do is screw in you LP and you are good to go with the stock settings (they are set for a LP tank).
Don't call out Emmit for such thoughtless and simple questions. :nono:

Right, the guy's not Geo Dee. ANY one could have answered that.
Besides the HP issue, id also check my ball detents, just to be safe.
